At Journal Whispers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, our Return & Refund Policy outlines your options for returning products and requesting refunds or exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You may return products within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods such as custom products, pre-order products may not be eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
2. Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipment: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 48 hours.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, first check your MFS/bank account again. If you’ve done that and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
4. Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with details and a photo of the damage.
- Exchange Process: Once your exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund or alternative product.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
